This works pretty well for me -- not for duration of sleep, but maybe quality. I wake up and feel pretty good -- not exactly remarkably refreshed, but pretty good -- but my dreams have been pretty vivid and I usually don't wake during the night. I'm assuming my REM cycles are deeper than usual; the sleep app on my phone charts this and there's only a nominal difference, but this has been my experience. I'd recommend trying this at least once to see if it works for your recuperation.

Good flavor, works well

The product works well, I feel rested and rejuvenated in the morning. In terms of flavors, I’ve tried both the Sour Gummy Worms (similar to the Raze flavor - I love the sour and how similar it is to actual gummy worms) and Cinnamon Swirl (Super sweet - tastes like a vanilla candle smells)

For my money, I prefer the Gummy Worms, but good product

Tried several, this does the trick. 8-10 hours easy. Get some sleep!

Excellent Product. Best sleep supplement I've tried.

This is a super product, and I've tried many sleep supplements... make sure you have at least 8 to 9 hours to give if you take a full scoop. Also, keep in mind it has Phenibut in it, which can be addictive, so make sure to use it at max, 4 days on.
