Best Nose Tork and Ammonia Caps for Lifting

Ammonia smelling salts, aka “nose tork,” triggers the flight or fight mode in your brain, which in turn releases adrenaline and gets you amped before a heavy lift.

Lifters most commonly use nose tork before heavy top sets and 3rd attempts in powerlifting meets, though they can be regularly used in training. Aside from irritating the nose and lungs, they do not pose any significant health risks in small doses.

If you’re looking for where to buy the best nose tork so you can crush some PRs, look no further.

Nose Tork Smelling Salts Double Pack

Perfect for the gym or a meet, these resealable bottles allow for dozens of uses in each bottle without leaving any busted ammonia caps on the ground. Personally, this is what I use and it works great.

Ammonia Inhalant Ampules 100 Pack

If you prefer the classic ammonia capsules, these are the best bang for your buck at $0.26 per capsule.

Ammonia Inhalant Ampules 10 Pack

These ammonia capsules are nearly identical to ones above, but come in a 10 pack. While these are $0.53 per capsule (twice as much as the 100 pack), these are good for new users that want to try smelling salts before placing a larger order.
