FSU Dyehard is a non-stim pump pre workout supplement from Inspired Nutraceuticals. Powered by 6 g 3D Pump, 2 g Betaine Nitrate, and over 1 gram of electrolytes, this product will give you unique pumps with nothing else.
I’ve tried it just twice with varying levels of stimulants and focus, and both times the pumps were intense and tremendous. I could recommend this for someone who just wants a raw pump product, and since it comes in an unflavored variety, anyone wishing to make their current pre workout product have truly great pumps.

My Experience
I took FSU Dyehard two different times with differing levels of stimulants and focus ingredients. No matter how many stims you use, the pumps will be there.
Effects
As this is a non-stim product, the central aspect is pumps, and these pumps are stupendous. With the added electrolytes, the pumps feel even better and tighter.
Sometimes, with a hefty dose of pump products, a common side effect can be an upset stomach, but luckily I noted none.
Flavor
The flavor I tried was “Sonoran Sunset,” which tasted almost like a Sunny D-like orange juice type flavor. It was smooth, sweet, without a bitter or chemical taste. Out of 10, I’d give it an 8.5 or so.
Other flavors include “Malibu Breeze” (which might be a Pina Colada, Tiger’s Blood, or Tropical Punch type flavor) and Unflavored (so that you can add it to a stim product).
Scoop Size
A complete serving is two scoops, and each scoop is 8.4 grams. A half-serving (or one scoop) is a dead flat scoop.
Ingredients
Below you’ll find the full ingredient label for FSU Dyehard, along with a breakdown of each ingredient and dosage.
3DPump-Breakthrough – 6,000 mg per serving
3D Pump is a new pump ingredient introduced in late 2020; supposedly, it is a pump enhancer that increases vasodilation (opens up your blood vessels to improve blood flow) and some performance enhancers. It is composed of pure L-Citrulline, Glycerol, and ALMA Extract (Phyllanthus Emblica) (fruit), but as a prop blend. If I had to guess, I’d say it’s 3 g L-Citrulline, 2 g Glycerol, and 1 g ALMA Extract.
From this review on the 3D Pump Breakthrough ingredient by itself, it is supposed to help with the pump, blood flow, workout performance, and hydration.
Being that it’s a new, non-scientifically reviewed ingredient just yet, there’s no discernable dosage for it, but it seems as if 6 g of it is the average dose.
Betaine Anyhdrous – 2,500 mg per serving
Betaine is included to help increase your power output. However, research is pretty inconsistent around this claim. Since the typical range for Betaine is between 1.5 g and upwards of 5 g, the 2.5-gram dose is a perfect amount.
Betaine Nitrate (NO3-T ®) – 2,000 mg per serving
Nitrate (NO3–) is a small molecule produced in the body in limited amounts (as a byproduct of nitric oxide). It is obtainable via vegetables, particularly beetroot and other low-calorie tuber vegetables such as turnips and leafy green vegetables such as spinach or rocket.
From Examine, noted benefits of nitrates, in general, are: reduction of blood pressure when the blood pressure is raised, regulatory of blood flow and vasodilation, reducing the oxygen cost of exercise (allowing you to go longer), and is kidney protective.
As you work out, you sweat; we all know that. But what some may not know is that mostly what you are sweating are waste and critical electrolytes (most commonly sodium and potassium). From Cedars Sinai, symptoms of an electrolyte imbalance can include fatigue, headache, nausea, blood pressure changes, muscle cramps, low energy, and simply not feeling well.
The following three ingredients (NutriGP® Sodium Glycerophosphate, NutriGP® Potassium Glycerophosphate, and Pink Himalayan Rock Salt) help replenish those lost electrolytes from working out.
NutriGP® Sodium Glycerophosphate – 500 mg per serving
NutriGP® Sodium is a protein phosphate inhibitor that acts as a phosphate donor for bone matrix mineralization.
NutriGP® Potassium Glycerophosphate – 500 mg per serving
NutriGP® Potassium is a 40% powder blended with rice flour. It is suitable for potassium fortification and as a bioavailable source of potassium when compared to potassium chloride
Pink Himalayan Rock Salt – 300 mg per serving
Salt helps retain water, which enables you to achieve a swole look during your workout.
300 mg is a suitable dosage for this ingredient.
It also contains essential electrolytes! (More info: Supplements in Review)
Pine Bark Extract – 300 mg per serving
Pycnogenol, the active ingredient in pine bark extract, has been reliably shown to create a notable increase in blood flow.
