Key Differences Between Gorilla Mode and Ryse Godzilla

The main difference between these two pre-workouts is that Ryse Godzilla packs a more carefully selected formula of ingredients, providing hefty dosages of each.

While both pre-workout supplements are loaded with your standard high-quality ingredients, Ryse Godzilla takes it a step further with 2 g more citrulline and 2.5 g more betaine anhydrous.

Moreover, Ryse Godzilla also packs 300 mg of VasoDrive-AP and an insane 6.4 grams of beta-alanine – two ingredients not found in Gorilla Mode.

Which pre-workout is better overall?

We recommend Ryse Godzilla as the better pre-workout overall. This pre-workout is absolutely loaded with top-of-the-line dosages for a comprehensive blend of energy, focus, pumps, and performance.

Which pre-workout is better for energy?

With 350mg of caffeine and 50mg of extended-release caffeine, Ryse Godzilla hits better in the energy department.

Which pre-workout is better for pumps?

Ryse Godzilla is better for pumps, but both pre-workouts are respectable. Ryse Godzilla’s combination of L-citrulline, citrulline nitrate, VasoDrive-AP, and Pink Himalayan sea salt edges out Gorilla Mode.

Which pre-workout is better for beginners?

Gorilla Mode is better suited for beginners.

This tasty-looking pre-workout formula is also really effective, boasting multiple positive reviews on its efficacy in driving exercise performance for reduced muscle fatigue, improved focus, and increased blood flow.

Overall, it’s an incredibly balanced Ryse pre-workout that’s worth trying out, although only advanced users should take a full 2 scoops to make the most of their workout experience.

Gorilla Mode comes from Gorilla Mind, a popular and reputable brand that has consistently put out a great range of fitness supplements. Gorilla Mode is a pre-workout that promises massive increases in nitric oxide levels, energy, muscle strength, and intramuscular hydration.

On paper, it’s a pre-workout supplement that excels in the performance and pump category, delivering a solid 9 grams of L-citrulline, 5 grams of creatine monohydrate, 3 grams of GlycerPump, 2.5 grams of betaine, and 1 gram of agmatine.

It also seems like Gorilla Mind wanted to make this a pre-workout that leaves no room for fatigue as it packs 350 mg of Eria Jarensis in addition to 350 mg of caffeine.

Gorilla Mode is a great pre-workout that ticks all the right boxes that make up a good pre-workout supplement.

Pros:

  • Great pump profile
  • Reasonable amounts of caffeine, plus 350 mg of Eria Jarensis
  • All ingredients are clinically dosed
  • Fully transparent label
  • Would work well for beginners at one scoop, stretching tub out to 40 servings.

Cons:

  • Doesn’t hit hard enough for those seeking a high-stim experience
  • Massive scoop size can be hard to mix
  • Only 20 servings
  • No beta-alanine (may be a pro to some people).

Conclusion

Both are solid pre-workout supplements, but we’ve got to give the better pre-workout title to Ryse Godzilla. Ryse Supplements went all out in the best way possible with the fully loaded formula that balances key ingredients and dosages well.

Use Gorilla Mode Pre-Workout if:

  • You want a pre-workout free from beta-alanine
  • You want a more beginner-friendly pre-workout
  • You want a pre-workout that enhances concentration and alertness

Use Ryse Godzilla Pre-Workout if:

  • You want a pre-workout that’s going to give you an incredible workout experience with high-stimulation
  • You want bigger pumps, long-lasting energy, and razor-sharp focus
  • You’re an advanced user of pre-workouts.
