The main difference between Hydration Elite and Hydra Charge is that Hydration Elite has over twice as much magnesium, about 40% more sodium, and nearly 60% more potassium.
Hydration Elite also has 150 mg of ElevATP for power production and 50 mg of trace minerals to help fight free radicals.
It’s also hard to overlook that Hydration Elite has 30 servings, while Hydra Charge has 60. While you are getting more of the essential electrolytes in Hydration Elite, it’s not quite enough to make up for the price difference. You could take 1.5 servings of Hydra Charge, get similar electrolyte doses, and save a little money.
