If you’re here, it’s because you know the value of tracking what you do in and out of the gym.

Spreadsheets make programming easier to follow, progress simpler to track, and ideas a snap to share with others.

All of the spreadsheets you’ll find on Lift Vault are hosted on Google Sheets. If you’re not already familiar with Google Sheets, here’s why you should be.

Why Google Sheets is awesome

  1. Mobile Friendly
    1. Simply download the Google Drive app (Android, iOS) to access all of your Sheets directly from your phone while at the gym. Everything works great.
  2. Available Offline
    1. Google Drive still works great without an internet connection. No WiFi at your gym? No problem. Learn more about how this works.
  3. Free with a Google Account
  4. Easy to Share
    1. Find a spreadsheet you like? Simply click File –> Make a Copy and presto – you have your own copy. (How to Make a Copy)

That’s it! Get to it.
