I’ve been using peanut butter powder in my morning protein shakes for the last several years. It’s an excellent whole food source of protein and a great alternative to peanut butter, which has more fat and calories.
Even better, it tastes great. It’s truly all upside and no downside.
Well, you can’t spoon it out of the jar and directly into your mouth, but that’s the only downside.
So when Naked Nutrition sent me a tub of their Naked peanut butter powder and asked me to review it for Lift Vault, I was pretty stoked.
The verdict?
It’s really good. If you want a high-quality peanut butter powder that’s still affordable, you can’t do much better than Naked PB powder. I can recommend it without any reservation.
Naked PB from Naked Nutrition is as simple and delicious as it gets. There is precisely one ingredient: roasted peanuts.
It contains no added salt or sugar. It is dairy-free, gluten-free, GMO-free, soy-free, and vegan.

My Experience with Naked PB Powder
I’ve been using Naked Nutrition’s peanut butter powder for the last few weeks and I’m a big fan. It blends seamlessly into my morning protein shakes and is a great way for me to get some extra protein without a lot of extra fat or calories.
Previously I’d been using powdered peanut butter from PB2 and PB fit. The major difference between Naked Nutrition and these other brands is that Naked Nutrition does not add any sugar or salt to its peanut butter powder.
If you’re trying to cut down or eliminate added sugars and salt from your diet, then Naked Nutrition is the choice for you.
If you want extra sugar or salt in your peanut butter, then Naked PB may not be for you. Since I’m using the peanut butter powder in my protein shakes, I don’t miss the added sugar and salt.
If you simply care about taste, then it probably doesn’t matter which brand you choose. I think all three taste great.
