Napalm is a fat-burning supplement from Alpha Phlyte. Stars of the formula include 350 mg Caffeine, 250 mg Eria Jarensis, 150 mg DMHA, 40 mg ProGBB (™), and 3 mg Alpha Yo, among others. Napalm gives you all the energy, focus, mood, and thermogenic effects that you need for an effective, intense, and sweaty workout.
Due to the levels of stimulants and Alpha Yo, I would only recommend this for intermediate users of pre-workouts and fat burners. The energy, Alpha Yo, and DMHA may be too much for beginners.

My Experience
I’ve tried Napalm four times now, twice with a pump product for a pre-workout and by itself for cardio training. Every time, the focus, mood elevation, energy, and especially the thermogenic effects were intense.
Effects
Within 10 minutes, I felt the energy beginning and it kept growing, lasting an intense 4+ hours.
Within 3-5 minutes of working out, I started to sweat significantly. So, be prepared to sweat, as I did.
The focus was dialed-in throughout the entire workout.
Even with 3 mg of Alpha Yohimbe, it wasn’t overpowering for me. For others, it might be too much. That being said, I experienced no adverse side effects.
Flavor
As it’s just a pill, the supplement was flavorless.
Scoop Size
The dosage was two relatively small capsules that were easy to swallow.
Napalm Fat Burner Ingredients
Caffeine Anhydrous – 350 mg
The Big Poppa of stimulant supplements is in your coffee, tea, soda, or even in your sweets and gum (some confectioners add caffeine to their sweets for a kick). Well known for increasing energy, power, and focus, it’s the staple ingredient in all stim-based products.
350 mg is on the upper end of the range you mostly see in pre-workout supplements nowadays (usually ranging between 150 and 400).
DMAE – 350 mg
DMAE is a choline molecule used to treat cognitive decline in elderly patients. It is included in pre-workouts to promote focus and feelings of well-being.
Dosing guidance for performance enhancement has not been extensively explored, but 350 mg is a reasonably low dose compared to other pre-workouts that contain DMAE.
Chemix pre-workout contains 400 mg of DMAE, while Dark Energy and Assassin V6 contain 750 mg.
N-Phenethyl Dimethylamine Citrate – 250 mg
N-Phenethyl Dimethylamine Citrate, aka Eria Jarensis. Eria Jarensis is a stimulant commonly seen alongside DMHA in high stim pre-workouts.
250 mg is a mid-range dose of this ingredient. Usual amounts range from 150 mg to 500 mg, as found in Flame Pre Workout (terrific).
2-Aminoisoheptane – 150 mg
2-Aminoisoheptane, DMHA, Kigelia Africana, Juglans Regia (J. Regia), Octodrine, and Dimethylhexylamine. DMHA is a stimulant, similar to DMAA, known for boosting energy, focus, and mood.
150 mg is a pretty standard dose; however, its presence isn’t always felt. In this case, you will surely feel it, which is why it’s included on Lift Vault’s list of best DMHA pre-workouts.
Cayenne Pepper – 100 mg
According to HealthLine, as cayenne pepper is a good source of capsaicin, it may help with athletic performance, pain relief, and reduced blood sugar levels.
“Research also suggests that capsaicin has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. However, it’s unclear whether the amounts of capsaicin consumed in normal servings of cayenne peppers and other hot peppers have any meaningful benefits.”
N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine (NALT) – 100 mg
While L-Tyrosine is an excellent ingredient for enhancing focus and reducing stress, NALT (N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine) is less bioavailable than pure L-Tyrosine. Going with L-Tyrosine in a future version, alongside Alpha GPC instead of Choline Bitartrate, would be very interesting.
Transparent Labs claims that “…the acetylation improves the absorption and effective period of L-Tyrosine…”, but Examine claims there is “limited practical evidence on NALT as an alternative to L-Tyrosine.”
NALT at just 100 mg seems out of place in an otherwise great label as the usual dose is between one and two grams.
Guggul Lipid Extract – 50 mg
According to HealthLine, Guggul is often claimed to help treat obesity by promoting fat loss and suppressing appetite. Unfortunately, very little high-quality evidence exists to support its use.
One test-tube study suggests guggul may promote weight loss by inducing the breakdown of fat, thus reducing the volume of fatty tissue (PubMed).
One older human study on 58 people with obesity noted that guggul promoted 5 pounds (2.25 kg) of additional weight loss, on average, compared with the non-treated group (PubMed)
Although the results of these studies seem promising, they don’t examine the effects of guggul specifically on weight loss.
ProGBB – 40 mg
Gamma-Butyrobetaine Ethyl Ester Chloride (GBB) is a molecule that is converted to carnitine in the body. This process can support fat loss and increase body temperature.
In other words, you’re going to sweat.
40 mg is within the recommended range for GBB.
Isopropylnorshynephrine – 20 mg
Isopropylnorsynephrine is a lipolytic agent, meaning it helps break down fat into glycerol (energy). It is a “fat burner.” It may also possess energizing effects and is considered stronger than synephrine (bitter orange extract).
There is not much research regarding proper dosage, but the 20 mg included may not do much as you typically see 30-75 mg of it in other products.
Synephrine is a well-researched ingredient that has been shown to aid in weight loss.
“In general, bitter orange extract alone (p-synephrine) or other herbal ingredients did not produce significant adverse events such as an increase in heart rate or blood pressure or alter electrocardiographic data, serum chemistry, blood cell counts, or urinalysis. p-Synephrine alone and in combination products were shown to increase resting metabolic rate and energy expenditure, and modest increases in weight loss were observed with bitter orange extract/p-synephrine-containing products when given for six to 12 weeks.”
Synephrine Meta-Analysis
Paradoxine ® (Grains of Paradise Extract Std 12.5% 6-Paradol) – 20 mg
Grains of Paradise has some up-and-coming research, but it still needs additional evidence to support its fat loss effects. With that said, some interesting research shows it can activate brown adipose tissue, which can help increase a body’s metabolism and lead to increased weight loss.
Different ingredient sources will use Grains of Paradise with varying percentages of 6-Paradol, the active ingredient in Grains of Paradise with metabolic effects.
Clinical trials used 40 mg at 12.5% purity, so you should use that as a guide when seeing how much is present in any thermogenic fat burners you’re comparing.
Napalm uses the patented form of Grains of Paradise, the same kind used in clinical trials. Because Napalm gives you 20 mg, it’s half of the amount used in the study.
Bioperine – 10 mg
Bioperine, also known as black pepper extract, is an absorption agent. It helps your body properly absorb all of the ingredients within the supplement. Typical products range between 5 and 20 mg, putting the 10 mg dose right in that range.
Yohimbine HCL – 3 mg
Yohimbine has the capacity to reduce fat mass in both lean and obese individuals. However, it can also cause anxiety in some individuals.
Yohimbine aids in fat loss by interacting with catecholamines, similar to EGCG. Yohimbine binds to Alpha-2 receptors instead of the catecholamines, which frees up the catecholamines to bind to beta receptors and help burn more fat cells.
Clinical doses are 0.2 mg of Yohimbine per kg of body weight, a pretty large dosage. While Yohimbine is not uncommon in pre-workout supplements, it is rarely included at such a high dosage. Additional supplementation would be needed for optimal results. Typically, you’ll see between 2.5 mg and 10 mg (As seen in Herolean).
Alpha Yohimbine – 3 mg
Alpha Yohimbine, or simply “alpha yo,” is a love-it-or-hate-it stimulant. Some individuals are susceptible to alpha yohimbine and avoid any pre-workout with it outright. Common adverse side effects can include anxiety, headaches, sweating, frequent urination, and increased blood pressure.
If you are sensitive to Alpha Yo, steer clear or at least start with half a serving as the effects are noticeable.

Napalm Fat Burner Review (Alpha Phlyte)
Summary
Napalm fat-burner is an intense, sweaty, energy-filled ride. Fueled by 350 mg Caffeine, 250 mg Eria Jarensis, 150 mg DMHA, and 40 mg ProGBB, Napalm will give you the energy, mood elevation, focus, and thermogenic (warming) effects needed for an intense workout.
I would recommend this to “stim-junkies” or advanced users as it provides enough energy and the potency to get the job done. I would not recommend this to beginners as the effects are far too strong.
Pros
- Open-label
- Intense thermogenic (sweating) effects
- Long-lasting energy (4+ hours)
- Significant mood elevation
- Potent and dialed-in focus
Cons
- Some ingredients are low-dose
- Alpha Yo effects might be too much for some
