Xtremis, formally ASC Cartel, is back with a reformulation of their daily driver pre-workout El Jefe Guerilla edition. This is the “baby brother” pre-workout of the OG El Jefe pre-workout.

This product features highly efficacious and clinically dosed ingredients, providing excellent performance inside and outside the gym. I recommend this for anyone looking for a daily pre-workout but has a higher caffeine tolerance, as it contains 462.5 mg.

Death Punch by Dark Lab is a high stimulant pre-workout advertised as providing extreme energy and a sense of euphoria. It contains Ephedra Extract, GW501516, and 75 mg of DMAA, making it a unique product in today’s supplement market.

I recommend this product to anyone looking to supplement a calorie-restricted diet and experience long-lasting energy. Due to the ingredients in this product, I would not recommend it to those competing in natural and drug-tested sports, as it contains banned ingredients.

Loaded is a pre-workout supplement from Ryse Up Supplements. Features include 4.5 g L-Citrulline, 3.5 g Beta-Alanine, 440 mg total caffeine from two different sources, and 100 mg Theobromine. Loaded by Ryse is a high-energy pre-workout.

I would easily recommend this for beginners. The energy is good enough, with sufficient focus and pumps to benefit a beginner. Paired with the licensed, well-known, and incredible flavors, a beginner would not have any trouble with this product as long as they can handle the initial 350 mg of caffeine.

Pumpaholic is a pure pump product supplement from Freedom Formulations. Utilizing 5 g Citrulline Malate 2:1, 1 g Agmatine Sulfate, 500 mg Beet Root Powder, and 150 mg Norvaline, Pumpaholic promises Crazy Pumps and Extreme Vascularity. Unfortunately, the pumps are lacking.

I would recommend this for someone looking to stack this with a pre-workout to get some extra pumps. However, that’s pretty much the only scenario I could see it being used, as the pumps are deficient.

Symbiote is a pre-workout supplement from NutriFit. Fueled by 4 g Beta-Alanine, 1 g L-Tyrosine, 400 mg Caffeine, 200 mg Eria Jarensis, 200 mg DMHA, 75 mg Hordenine, and 1 mg Alpha Yo, Symbiote is a powerful stim pre-workout. 

This pre-workout had me feeling like a sparkplug.

Due to the stimulants, I would only recommend this supplement for advanced users of pre-workouts.

Pump Action is a stim-free pump pre-workout supplement from Alpha Phlyte. Fueled by 5 g L-Citrulline, 3 g GlycerPump (™), 1 g Lion’s Mane, and 500 mg Alpha GPC 50%, among others, Pump Actions gives you intense pumps and dialed in focus.

I have taken Pump Action twice, with differing levels of stimulants, and both times, the pumps were magnificent, and the focus was potent. 

I would easily recommend this to those who train later in the day or those who seek a greater pump in their pre-workout.

Crypto is a pre-workout supplement from Bio Tech Nutra. With 1 g L-Tyrosine, 1 g Choline, 450 mg total caffeine (from anhydrous and citrate), Theophylline, and Alpha Yo, the energy and sense of urgency is incredibly strong. Most importantly, the  energy goes where it needs to go.

Other than for a workout, I took a dose before a 12+ hour shift for my job, and the effects were the same, high and intense energy with dialed-in focus and a strong sense of urgency.

Due to how strong the energy and Alpha Yo effects are, I would only recommend this to intermediate pre-workout users. If you have used Alpha Yo before and are looking to take the next step in pre-workouts, this supplement would be a great option. 

Crypto is similar to Super BIOFreak, Specimen Yo-Yo, or Stimmed Up.
