Defib V2 is a pre-workout supplement from HR Labs. Its comprehensive formula contains 8 g Citrulline Malate, 2.5 g Betaine, and 2 g GylcerSize (™) for pumps, 3.2 g Beta-Alanine and 1 g PeakO2 (™) for endurance, 1 g Phosphatidylserine, 1 g ALCAR, 600 mg Alpha GPC for focus, 400 mg Caffeine, 300 mg EnExtra (™), and 200 mg Dyanmine (™) for energy. Defib V2 has everything you’d want in a pre-workout.

One time was needed to know that this product is legit. Providing pumps, focus, energy, Defib V2 has got it all. 

I would easily recommend this product to beginners who can take 400 mg caffeine, as it’s well-dosed without any illicit or gray-market stims. 

I would also recommend this for anyone seeking a well-rounded loaded pre-workout without gray-market stims and anyone who wants a productive, get-things-done kind of workout.

I wouldn’t recommend this for “stim-junkies” as the energy is smooth and not overpowering.

Alpha Phlyte Nutrition’s Project Catalyst is a pre-workout supplement from Alpha Phlyte Nutrition. It has returned, but the DMAA has been replaced by 350 mg Eria Jarensis. Unfortunately, it’s not as good as its predecessor in mood elevation and energy. 

Let’s start with how things have stayed the same as the previous version. Both versions have 5 g L-Citrulline Malate, 3.5 g Beta-Alanine, 350 mg Caffeine Anhydrous along with 500 mg Vitamin C and 50 mcg Vitamin B12 (for some anti-oxidants).

Nuclear Pump is a stim-free pump product supplement from Peak Performance Labs. This pre workout has an incredibly comprehensive label with nearly all ingredients focused on delivering pumps and focus.

Highlights include 8 g L-Citrulline, 3 g Glycerol Powder, 500 mg Pink Salt, 300 mg AmentoPump ™ for pumps, with 3 g L-Tyrosine and 800 mg Alpha GPC for focus. For a stim-free pre-workout, this is nicely well-rounded.

Although I only tried Nuclear Pump just a few times, the pumps were fantastic every single time, regardless of other ingredients I took.

Darkside Onslaught is a pre-workout supplement from Alpha Neon. For having no illicit stims (such as Eria Jarensis, DMHA, DMBA, or the ever rare DMAA), Darkside Onslaught is one of the best pre-workouts I’ve tried in a while.
